What is Included? (In Detail)
  • (Fixed and hard-to-reach windows are cleaned using an extension pole as thoroughly as possible, ensuring maximum safety.)
  • Curtain Removal, Washing (in Client's Machine), and Rehanging
    (If the curtain rod is difficult to access or defective, the curtains will only be washed, and the obligation to rehang them is waived.)
  • Ironing curtains and attaching curtain hooks are also not included. If the client's washing machine is out of order, the curtain washing service is automatically canceled, which does not affect the price.
  • Kitchen cabinets are cleaned inside and out
    (If dishes and items need to be removed, the company assumes no liability for any damage.)

  • Range Hood, Stove, and Oven Cleaning (Includes exterior cleaning of the range hood—excluding ducts and ventilation—and thorough degreasing of the stove and oven.)

    (Includes cleaning of wall and floor tiles, glass shower enclosures, faucets and fixtures, toilet, sink, and bathroom cabinets/vanities.)

    (Includes wet mopping with specialized cleaning solutions. Please note: If the floors require deep scrubbing or scraping, you must notify us in advance, and final terms will be agreed upon on-site.)

    (Includes cleaning the interior compartments of beds with built-in storage or lift-up mechanisms.)
  • Picture Frame Dusting (Up to 20 items)
    (Includes careful dusting of up to 20 wall-mounted pictures and frames.)
  • Exclusions from General Cleaning (No Post-Construction Cleanup)
    (Please note: General cleaning does not include post-construction or renovation cleanup. This means we do not remove protective window stickers, cement, grout, spackle, or other construction debris. The apartment is cleaned for standard household dirt and grime only.)
  • Moving Heavy Furniture (Please note: Our cleaning staff cannot safely move heavy furniture on their own. If heavy items need to be moved to clean behind or under them, client assistance is required.)
  • General Cleaning Exclusions (Daily Chores)
    (Please note: General cleaning does not include washing dishes or personal items, changing bed linens, or folding and organizing clothes.)
  • Delicate Surfaces and Sensitive Materials
    (If your home contains furniture or appliances with surfaces that could be damaged by standard cleaning solutions, it is the client's responsibility to notify us before the service begins. This allows us to prevent damage by using a damp, water-only method on those specific items.)
  • Permanent Stains and Damage Risk (Please note: There are certain types of severe stains or heavy buildup that no cleaning solution can remove without damaging the underlying surface.)
    On-Site Notification and Agreement (If our team encounters such issues during the cleaning process, we will notify you immediately. We will only proceed with treating those specific areas upon your agreement on the best course of action.)
  • Professional Equipment and Products (Vardo Cleaning utilizes professional-grade Kärcher equipment and specialized cleaning solutions specifically recommended for deep cleaning services.)
    While our standard degreasers and bathroom cleaning solutions are surface-safe, they may not be suitable for marble or other sensitive natural materials. If your home features these materials, please inform Vardo Cleaning in advance so we can use the appropriate specialized products.
  • Vardo Cleaning provides all the necessary tools and supplies to get the job done.
    We provide a step ladder on-site suitable for standard ceiling heights of up to 9 feet. Please inform us in advance if your ceilings are higher than standard.
    For properties with ceilings higher than standard, a specialized tall ladder is required. If a tall ladder is not available on-site, an additional fee of $15 will be added to the service cost to cover equipment transport.
  • Vardo Cleaning handles the disposal of all trash accumulated during the cleaning process. However, if there is a large volume of pre-existing waste or debris that needs to be hauled away, this is considered a separate Junk Removal service. Large-scale trash removal is not included in the standard cleaning rate and will incur an additional fee. This does not apply to small amounts of household waste.
  • Adhesive and Industrial Glue Removal (Please be advised that Vardo Cleaning is not responsible for the removal of old, dried adhesives or industrial glues (such as Akfix, etc.). These substances often cannot be removed without risking permanent damage to the underlying surface, and we do not accept liability for them.)
