These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the fundamental principles for the provision of cleaning and tidying services by Vardo (hereinafter referred to as “Vardo”) to its customers. By requesting services from Vardo, the customer agrees to the present Terms and Conditions published on the website (www.vardocleaner.ge)
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client confirms that they have fully read and understood the details, description, and all relevant information related to the service, which is published on the selected service page, and that they have no further questions regarding it.
“Vardo” does not assume responsibility in cases where the work process is stopped or delayed due to force majeure situations. Force majeure situations include, but are not limited to, the following:
Power outage
Water outage
Other unforeseen technical problems
In such cases, if the necessary conditions for performing the work are not restored within a reasonable time, payment for the work will be calculated only based on the hours of work completed.
Payment Terms:
In the event that a customer’s property is damaged during the provision of services, and it is established that such damage resulted from the fault of a Vardo representative, the company shall be liable to compensate for the damage, with such compensation not exceeding 10% of the total order value, either by refund or direct payment.
“Vardo,” taking into account objective reasons, disclaims responsibility for defects found in the service after 12 hours have passed since the service was received.
