Optional Add-ons:
For embedded, long-standing, or complex post-construction contamination, the cost of additional work is determined on an individual basis.
Pre-existing surface damage
Before work begins, the condition of glass, Alucobond, and other facade surfaces is assessed.
In some cases, the surface may already be irreversibly damaged — for example, deeply scratched, chemically etched or burned, corroded, or altered due to prolonged exposure to construction materials.
In such cases, standard or deep cleaning, specialized chemical treatments, or polishing may not be able to restore the surface to its original condition.
Pre-existing, irreversible damage shall not be deemed a defect resulting from the cleaning process. If such conditions are identified, the client will be notified in advance and, if necessary, alternative surface restoration methods or component replacement will be recommended.
