1.2. By using the platforms (website and mobile application), you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this Policy. Otherwise, please discontinue using the platforms.

  • The application requests the following permissions:
  • Internet Access – to enable functions and services.
  • Access/Upload to Photos and Videos – for uploading profile pictures and chat media.
  • Receiving Notifications (Push Notifications) – regarding orders and updates.
  • Use of Vibration – to notify about application actions.
  • When using Apple Sign-In authorization – identification permissions requested by the system (name and anonymous email address, if necessary).

7. Who Has Access to the Data
  • “Vardo” – for direct service delivery.
  • Third parties (within the application): Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Messaging, Cloud Functions), Google Sign-In, Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple – for user identification and authentication, including within the scope of the “Hide My Email” functionality), Ubill.ge (for delivering SMS messages).
  • Law Enforcement Agencies – only based on a lawful request.
 

We never sell, transfer, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

Data may be processed on Google/Firebase and Apple Inc. servers located in various countries. The company uses adequate legal mechanisms (standard contractual clauses under GDPR).

11. Your Rights

The user has the right to:

  • Access their personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Delete Account and Data (within the law)
  • Restrict the processing of their data
  • Opt-Out of Push, SMS, and Marketing Notifications
  • Exercise the right to data portability
  • Withdraw Consent to the Privacy Policy – by deactivating/deleting the account.
  • Apple Sign-In users can cancel the forwarding of their anonymous email or delete a “Hide My Email” address through their Apple ID settings (“Manage Apple ID” → “Sign in with Apple”).
12. Privacy of Minors

Vardo’s services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If any data of a minor is collected, it will be immediately deleted.

10. Changes to the policy

The Policy may be updated periodically. In case of changes, the new version will be published on the website and in the mobile application.

Mobile application users may also be sent a message through the app or via a push notification.
