What's Included? (Detailed)

Window cleaning (frames and glass)
(So-called “fixed” and hard-to-reach windows are cleaned with a rod as much as possible, ensuring maximum safety) or by renting a basket lift (which is not included in the package price).
New furniture in the apartment is cleaned of dust both inside and outside.
(If there are hard-to-remove stickers left on the furniture, the price will be adjusted accordingly.)
Walls and ceilings are cleaned of dust using a dry method.
(Scrubbing of specific spots on the walls is not included in the package price.)
Radiator cleaning
Electrical switches are cleaned.
Chandeliers and light fixtures are cleaned.
(Vardo is not responsible for removing or reinstalling chandeliers and light fixtures; however, if they are already removed, they will be washed. If still hanging, they will be cleaned from the outside as much as possible.)
The bathroom is thoroughly cleaned of all renovation debris.
All doors are cleaned.
The inside of the bed is cleaned of dust (if it has a storage compartment or entresol).
The floor is cleaned or scrubbed using special cleaning solutions to remove renovation residues, as needed.
Upholstered furniture is cleaned of dust (surface cleaning and with a steam cleaner).

Important Details

Moving heavy furniture in the apartment, which is difficult and heavy for the housekeeper, is done with the assistance of the client.
If the furniture, items, equipment, etc., in the apartment are made of materials that can be damaged by certain cleaning solutions or specific categories of cleaning agents, the client is obliged to inform Vardo about this when placing the order or before the cleaning begins, to prevent potential surface damage.
Vardo works with its own equipment. A ladder is also provided on-site, designed for standard ceiling heights (up to 2.50–2.80 meters). For cleaning premises with higher ceilings, a non-standard size ladder is required. If such a ladder is not available, an additional fee of 30 GEL will be charged.
During the work, Vardo removes the waste generated by their cleaning from the apartment. However, if there is a large amount of trash left by the client that needs to be disposed of, an additional waste removal service is available upon request. This service has a separate cost and is not included in the basic cleaning service.
(Small amounts of waste are not included.)
If there is old, hardened adhesive on the premises—specifically adhesives like Axfix glue and similar substances—please note that the company is not responsible for its removal.
Please note that there are stains which no cleaning solution can remove without damaging the surface. The client will be informed about this during the cleaning process, and decisions will be made in agreement with them.
Please note that any type of renovation material that gets onto the surface is not subject to cleaning and may leave a white residue.
