What’s Included? (In Detail)

Window Cleaning (Frames & Panels)
(Includes cleaning of both window frames and glass. Please note: Non-opening ("fixed") or hard-to-reach windows will be cleaned using extension poles to the best of our ability, following strict safety protocols. For windows that require exterior access via a cherry picker or bucket truck, the equipment rental is a separate cost and is not included in the standard service package.)
Dusting of New Furniture (Interior & Exterior)
(Includes comprehensive dusting of all new furniture throughout the home, including both inner shelves and exterior surfaces. Please note: If furniture has difficult-to-remove protective stickers or adhesive film, a price adjustment will be required based on the additional labor.)
Dry Dusting of Walls & Ceilings
(Includes a thorough dry dusting of walls and ceilings to remove dust and cobwebs. Please note: Spot-cleaning or heavy scrubbing of specific stains on walls is not included in the standard package.)

Chandelier & Light Fixture Cleaning
(Includes dusting and cleaning of all light fixtures. Please note: Vardo Cleaning is not responsible for the removal or re-installation of chandeliers or light fixtures. If a fixture has already been taken down, we will wash it thoroughly. If the fixture is still hanging, it will be cleaned externally to the best of our ability.)
Post-Construction Bathroom Deep Cleaning
(Includes a complete, top-to-bottom removal of all post-renovation dust, grout haze, and construction debris from the entire bathroom.)
Door & Frame Detailing
(Includes a thorough cleaning of all doors, door frames, and trim throughout the property to remove dust, fingerprints, and smudges.)
Cleaning of Bed Storage & Compartments
(Includes dusting and vacuuming of under-bed storage areas and built-in compartments, such as ottomans or integrated drawers.)
Post-Construction Floor Deep Cleaning & Scrubbing
(Includes the thorough cleaning or machine-scrubbing of all floor surfaces. We use specialized professional-grade solutions designed to remove tough construction residues, paint splatters, and grout haze as needed.)
Upholstery & Soft Furniture Dusting
(Includes a thorough surface dusting and steam treatment for all upholstered furniture. We use professional steam cleaners to refresh the fabric and remove surface dust.)

Important Details

Moving of Heavy Furniture
(For the safety of our team and the protection of your property, the moving of heavy furniture that cannot be easily managed by a single person must be done with the client's assistance. Our team is happy to clean behind and under these items once they are safely moved.)
Special Surface & Material Care (If your property contains furniture, fixtures, or equipment made of delicate or specialized materials that require specific cleaning products, the client is responsible for informing Vardo Cleaning before the service begins. This disclosure is necessary to prevent potential surface damage. Vardo Cleaning is not liable for damages resulting from undisclosed material sensitivities.)
Equipment & High Ceiling Policy - Vardo Cleaning provides all necessary professional equipment. We bring a standard ladder suitable for ceiling heights up to 9 feet. For properties with higher ceilings, a specialized tall ladder is required. If a tall ladder is not provided on-site, a $20 equipment surcharge will be added to the service total to cover the transport of specialized gear.
Waste & Trash Removal Policy - Vardo Cleaning handles the disposal of all trash generated during the cleaning process. However, if there is a large volume of pre-existing waste or debris left by the client that needs to be removed, this can be added as a supplemental Junk Removal service for an additional fee. This service is not included in the standard cleaning package (does not apply to small amounts of household waste).
Adhesive & Industrial Glue Removal - Please be advised that Vardo Cleaning is not responsible for the removal of long-standing, dried adhesives, including Akfix and other industrial-strength glues. Because these substances often cannot be removed without risking permanent damage to the underlying surface, we do not accept liability for their removal or any resulting surface wear.
Irreversible Stains & Surface Integrity - Please note that certain types of deep-seated stains or buildup cannot be removed without risking permanent damage to the underlying surface. In such cases, our team will inform the client during the cleaning process and will only proceed with more aggressive treatment upon the client’s explicit consent and agreement.
Please be advised that certain construction materials (such as chemical solvents, heavy-duty adhesives, or acidic spills) that have penetrated a surface may be permanent. In some cases, cleaning these areas may result in residual ghosting or white discoloration. Vardo Cleaning does not guarantee the complete removal of such stains and is not liable for pre-existing surface damage caused by construction materials.
