Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the fundamental principles for the provision of cleaning and tidying services by Vardo (hereinafter referred to as “Vardo”) to its customers. By requesting services from Vardo, the customer agrees to the present Terms and Conditions published on the website (www.vardocleaner.ge)

Definitions of Terms
  • Service – Any type of cleaning work carried out by Vardo Cleaning Service.
  • Client – A person who receives or expresses a desire to receive services from Vardo and agrees to the offered Terms and Conditions.
  • Vardo – The provider of cleaning services, which performs the work according to the client’s request.
  • Force Majeure Situation – A situation or event that makes it impossible or hinders Vardo from performing the requested work.
    Examples include: power or water outages, technical issues.
  • Payment Terms – The procedure that defines the payment of the service fee within a specified time frame using an agreed-upon method.
  • Order and/or Reservation – A request made by the client to receive services from Vardo.
  • Defect – A problem(s) in the quality of the service about which the client notifies Vardo and, if necessary, requests correction according to the established procedure.
  • Potential Hazard – Any circumstance that may affect the safety of employees during the performance of work and requires consideration.
  • Photo/Video Material – Documentation that reflects the stages of the work’s start, progress, or completion, and may be used for Vardo’s marketing purposes.
  • Amendment of Terms – Vardo’s right to change, edit, or update the current Terms and Conditions to reflect ongoing needs.
Service Description
  • Vardo offers professional cleaning services for residential, non-residential, and commercial premises.
  • An agreement for the service to be provided is established between, on one hand, “Vardo” and, on the other hand, the client regarding the type of cleaning, its frequency, and any specific requirements.
Vardo is focused on providing the highest possible quality service to the client and ensuring their satisfaction.
Information Disclosure and Consent

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client confirms that they have fully read and understood the details, description, and all relevant information related to the service, which is published on the selected service page, and that they have no further questions regarding it.

Request and Cancellation
  • The customer submits a request to receive Vardo’s services through any communication channel offered by Vardo, including, but not limited to, telephone numbers, email, the so-called “live chat” available on the website, and the electronic order placement form.
  • Information regarding the cancellation or postponement of the service request must be communicated to Vardo at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, through any of the above-mentioned communication channels offered by Vardo, convenient for the client.
Service Fee and Payment Methods
  • The customer may calculate the estimated cost of the service using the calculator available on the website. However, this price may not be exact, taking into account the customer’s specific needs and the complexity of the service. Accordingly, the final price is always determined by a Vardo representative at the time of the customer’s order confirmation.
  • At the time of placing the order, an agreement is made between, on one hand, “Vardo” and, on the other hand, the client regarding acceptable payment terms and methods.
Force Majeure
Unforeseen Events During On-Site Work

“Vardo” does not assume responsibility in cases where the work process is stopped or delayed due to force majeure situations. Force majeure situations include, but are not limited to, the following:

Power outage

Water outage

Other unforeseen technical problems

In such cases, if the necessary conditions for performing the work are not restored within a reasonable time, payment for the work will be calculated only based on the hours of work completed.

Payment Terms:

  • In this case, the cost of the time spent on work performed by each housekeeper is determined hourly, individually for each of them, at a rate of 20 GEL per hour.
  • The total amount payable is determined based on the above principle, calculated according to the time the housekeepers spent at the site.
  • Any subsequent negotiation, including negotiations related to the completion of the started work, shall constitute a separate agreement and shall be considered valid only with the consent of both parties.
Notification of Defect
  • The client, within 12 hours after receiving and completion of the service, has the opportunity to notify Vardo of any defects found in the service for further review and response based on the subsequent agreement between the parties.
  • Any portion of the provided service that is disputed must be documented by the customer with photo and/or video evidence for justification, which may be submitted through any official communication channel offered by Vardo to the customer (e.g., email, social media, the “live chat” on the website, or others).
  • In the event that a customer’s property is damaged during the provision of services, and it is established that such damage resulted from the fault of a Vardo representative, the company shall be liable to compensate for the damage, with such compensation not exceeding 10% of the total order value, either by refund or direct payment.

  • “Vardo,” taking into account objective reasons, disclaims responsibility for defects found in the service after 12 hours have passed since the service was received.

Client’s Responsibility
  • The client is responsible for providing Vardo with complete, accurate, and comprehensive information about the territory, perimeter, and/or any space to be cleaned at the time of placing the order.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that Vardo is thoroughly informed both about their needs within the scope of the service to be provided and any other details that should be taken into account by Vardo’s representative(s) during the work process.
  • The client is responsible for providing Vardo with detailed information about any potential hazards present on the site (if such exist).
Regarding Photo/Video Recording and Publication
  • Vardo is authorized to collect photo and video material during the service process, before it begins, during its execution, and after completion, which reflects the condition of the area/apartment/house/perimeter. The material may be used on Vardo’s social media pages and/or other advertising platforms.
    If the client does not agree to the above, they are obliged to inform Vardo of their position in advance, before the start of the service, through any communication channel offered by Vardo.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
  • “Vardo” reserves the right to change, edit, or redefine the terms and conditions of service provision and receipt at any time, as necessary.
  • Vardo ensures that the document containing the Terms and Conditions is permanently accessible on its official website (vardocleaner.ge).
Applicable Law
  • Any dispute between the parties shall be resolved by agreement, and if such agreement is not reached, in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
