What's Included? (Detailed)

Window Cleaning (Frames, Glass)
(Deaf and hard-to-reach windows are cleaned with a pole as much as possible, ensuring maximum safety)
Curtain Removal, Washing in the Client's Washing Machine, and Rehanging
(If the curtain rod is difficult to access or faulty, the curtains will only be washed, and the obligation to rehang them is waived)
Curtain ironing and attaching hooks or fasteners to the curtains are also not included. If the client's washing machine is not functioning properly, the curtain washing service is automatically canceled, which does not affect the service price.
Kitchen cabinets are cleaned inside and outside.
(If dishes and items are removed, the company is not responsible for any potential damage.)
The refrigerator is cleaned inside and outside.
The extractor hood is cleaned from the outside (excluding the pipes and ventilation system), as well as the stove and oven — all degreased.
Ceramic tiles between the kitchen cabinets are cleaned of grease.
Radiator cleaning
Chandeliers and light fixtures are cleaned.
(Vardo is not responsible for removing or reinstalling chandeliers and light fixtures. However, if they are already removed, they will be washed. If they are still hanging, they will be cleaned from the outside as much as possible.)
Walls and ceiling are dry-cleaned to remove cobwebs and dust.
(Scrubbing of walls and ceiling is not included unless it has been specifically agreed with Vardo in advance.)
Balcony railings are cleaned, including both metal bars and glass panels.
(Exterior facade cleaning is carried out as much as possible, with maximum safety precautions.)
Blinds are surface-cleaned.
(Detailed cleaning of blinds is not included.)
The bathroom is cleaned, including tiles, floor tiles, shower glass, faucets, toilet, sink, and bathroom furniture.
Electrical switches are cleaned.
The floor is cleaned with a solution and wet method.
(If the floor requires scrubbing, prior notice and on-site agreement of the conditions are necessary.)
All doors and frames are cleaned.
All furniture in the apartment is dusted and cleaned with a special solution.
Upholstered furniture is surface-cleaned and treated with a steam cleaner, which kills 99% of bacteria.
(The steam cleaner cannot remove stains, as it is a different technique from chemical cleaning. Chemical cleaning of furniture is a separate service and is not included in the general cleaning price.)
The contents of beds are cleaned if the bed has a storage compartment (entresol).
Twenty photos and frames on the wall are cleaned of dust.

What Is Not Included? (Detailed)

General cleaning does not include the removal of leftover debris from renovations (such as removing stickers attached to windows, as well as cement, grout, putty, and other renovation residues).
The apartment is cleaned only from everyday household dirt.
Moving heavy furniture in the apartment, which is difficult and heavy for the housekeeper, is done with the assistance of the client.
General cleaning does not include washing dishes, handling personal items, changing bed linens, or organizing clothes.
If there is furniture or surface equipment in the apartment that could be damaged by using cleaning solutions, it is the client's responsibility to inform us of this from the start, so that surface damage can be avoided and only wet cleaning methods are used.
Please note that there are stains that no cleaning solution can remove without damaging the surface.
The client will be informed about this during the cleaning process, and decisions will be made in agreement with them.
During the work, Vardo uses Kärcher equipment and professional cleaning solutions recommended for general cleaning.
In standard cases, grease and bathroom scale removers do not damage surfaces. However, if your material contains marble or other surfaces on which the use of strong cleaners is not recommended, Vardo must be informed about this.
Vardo works with its own equipment.
A ladder is also provided on-site, designed for standard ceiling heights (up to 2.50–2.80 meters).
For cleaning spaces with higher ceilings, a non-standard size ladder is required. If such a ladder is not available, an additional fee of 30 GEL will be charged.
During the work process, Vardo removes the waste accumulated by them from the apartment. However, if there is a large amount of trash left by the client that needs to be taken out, an additional waste removal service is available upon request. This service has a separate cost and is not included in the basic cleaning service.
(Small amounts of waste are not included.)
If there is old, hardened adhesive on the premises—specifically, substances like Axfix glue, etc.—please note that the company is not responsible for its removal.
