By requesting services from Vardo, the customer agrees to the present Terms and Conditions published on the website (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vardocleaner.ge\/en\/\">www.vardocleaner.ge<\/a>) <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ff15b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ff15b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Definitions of Terms<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4901c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c4901c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><b>Service<\/b> \u2013 Any type of cleaning work carried out by Vardo Cleaning Service.<\/li><li><b>Client<\/b> \u2013 A person who receives or expresses a desire to receive services from Vardo and agrees to the offered Terms and Conditions.<\/li><li><b>Vardo<\/b> \u2013 The provider of cleaning services, which performs the work according to the client\u2019s request.<\/li><li><b>Force Majeure Situation<\/b> \u2013 A situation or event that makes it impossible or hinders Vardo from performing the requested work.<br>Examples include: power or water outages, technical issues.<\/li><li><b>Payment Terms <\/b>\u2013 The procedure that defines the payment of the service fee within a specified time frame using an agreed-upon method.<\/li><li><b>Order and\/or Reservation<\/b> \u2013 A request made by the client to receive services from Vardo.<\/li><li><b>Defect<\/b> \u2013 A problem(s) in the quality of the service about which the client notifies Vardo and, if necessary, requests correction according to the established procedure.<\/li><li><b>Potential Hazard<\/b> \u2013 Any circumstance that may affect the safety of employees during the performance of work and requires consideration.<\/li><li><b>Photo\/Video Material<\/b> \u2013 Documentation that reflects the stages of the work\u2019s start, progress, or completion, and may be used for Vardo\u2019s marketing purposes.<\/li><li><b>Amendment of Terms <\/b>\u2013 Vardo\u2019s right to change, edit, or update the current Terms and Conditions to reflect ongoing needs.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c867ac2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c867ac2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Service Description<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4579be6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4579be6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n \t<li>Vardo offers professional cleaning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vardocleaner.ge\/en\/services\/\">services<\/a> for residential, non-residential, and commercial premises.<\/li>\n \t<li>An agreement for the service to be provided is established between, on one hand, &#8220;Vardo&#8221; and, on the other hand, the client regarding the type of cleaning, its frequency, and any specific requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<em>Vardo is focused on providing the highest possible quality service to the client and ensuring their satisfaction.<\/em>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cc24b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5cc24b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Information Disclosure and Consent<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-62850ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"62850ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client confirms that they have fully read and understood the details, description, and all relevant information related to the service, which is published on the selected service page, and that they have no further questions regarding it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50746e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"50746e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Request and Cancellation<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce1e9be elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce1e9be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The customer submits a request to receive Vardo\u2019s services through any communication channel offered by Vardo, including, but not limited to, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vardocleaner.ge\/en\/contact\/\">telephone numbers<\/a>, <a href=\"mailto:info@vardocleaner.ge\">email<\/a>, the so-called \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vardocleaner.ge\/#%E1%83%A4%E1%83%90%E1%83%A1%E1%83%98%E1%83%A1-%E1%83%99%E1%83%90%E1%83%9A%E1%83%99%E1%83%A3%E1%83%9A%E1%83%90%E1%83%A2%E1%83%9D%E1%83%A0%E1%83%98\">live chat<\/a>\u201d available on the website, and the electronic order placement form.<\/li><li>Information regarding the cancellation or postponement of the service request must be communicated to Vardo at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, through any of the above-mentioned communication channels offered by Vardo, convenient for the client.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf940ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bf940ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Service Fee and Payment Methods<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e21dcd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e21dcd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The customer may calculate the estimated cost of the service using the calculator available on the website. However, this price may not be exact, taking into account the customer\u2019s specific needs and the complexity of the service.  Accordingly, the final price is always determined by a Vardo representative at the time of the customer\u2019s order confirmation. <\/li><li>At the time of placing the order, an agreement is made between, on one hand, &#8220;Vardo&#8221; and, on the other hand, the client regarding acceptable payment terms and methods.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8dca92 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a8dca92\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Force Majeure<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e879030 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e879030\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Unforeseen Events During On-Site Work<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27cfedc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"27cfedc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>&#8220;Vardo&#8221; does not assume responsibility in cases where the work process is stopped or delayed due to force majeure situations. Force majeure situations include, but are not limited to, the following: <\/p><p><strong>Power outage<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Water outage<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Other unforeseen technical problems<\/strong><\/p><p>In such cases, if the necessary conditions for performing the work are not restored within a reasonable time, payment for the work will be calculated only based on the hours of work completed.<\/p><p><em>Payment Terms:<\/em><\/p><ul><li>In this case, the cost of the time spent on work performed by each housekeeper is determined hourly, individually for each of them, at a rate of 20 GEL per hour.<\/li><li>The total amount payable is determined based on the above principle, calculated according to the time the housekeepers spent at the site.<\/li><li>Any subsequent negotiation, including negotiations related to the completion of the started work, shall constitute a separate agreement and shall be considered valid only with the consent of both parties.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-450cbd7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"450cbd7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Notification of Defect<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e67f75 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e67f75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The client, within 12 hours after receiving and completion of the service, has the opportunity to notify Vardo of any defects found in the service for further review and response based on the subsequent agreement between the parties.<\/li><li>Any portion of the provided service that is disputed must be documented by the customer with photo and\/or video evidence for justification, which may be submitted through any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vardocleaner.ge\/en\/contact\/\">official communication channel <\/a>offered by Vardo to the customer (e.g., <a href=\"mailto:info@vardocleaner.ge\">email<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vardocleaner.ge\/en\/contact\/\">social media<\/a>, the \u201clive chat\u201d on the website, or others).<\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">In the event that a customer\u2019s property is damaged during the provision of services, and it is established that such damage resulted from the fault of a Vardo representative, the company shall be liable to compensate for the damage, with such compensation not exceeding 10% of the total order value, either by refund or direct payment.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">&#8220;Vardo,&#8221;
